Nick has been in the property industry for longer than we can remember and manages the overall running of Williams & Binch. He has a particular skill for valuing homes and making sure they sell for the very best price. Nick’s favourite part of the process is in seeing the excitement of customers on completion day. He loves nothing more than handing over a set of keys and wishing them every happiness in their new home.
Dianne Binch

Dianne has the crucial role of making sure that an agreed sale goes all the way through to legal completion, liaising with mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors, and other estate agents to ensure it all goes through as quickly and efficiently as possible. She’s extremely respected by all local Coventry solicitors and it’s thanks to these great relationships that Williams & Binch has the lowest cancellation rate out of all Coventry estate agents.

Wendy is the branch manager, and responsible for the day to day smooth operation of the business. She can do it all, sales, lettings, viewings, valuations & even the odd cleaning job! Wendy loves finding people their dream home & is here throughout the whole process to answer any queries you may have.
Bronte Williams
After sales agent
Since joining is in 2012, Bronte has kept Williams & Binch running smoothly while the rest of the team have been out doing valuations and viewings. From answering phones and booking appointments to making sure we have enough postage stamps in the office, she covers it all. Plus, she’s always getting 5-star reviews for customer care, so we know she’s doing something right!
Jessica is the first face you’ll see if you visit our office and it’s always a happy, smiley one. She takes care of everything from admin, telephone calls and property viewings to keeping the whole team in check.

Julie is responsible for showing prospective buyers around a property. She loves seeing their reaction when they realise it’s a place they could love.

He also shoots & edits our property videos & reels, using the latest 4k resolution drone & state of the art gimble for interior shots.
Property and
Maintenance Manager
Ryan keeps our properties in the best shape they can be, including conducting inventories and property inspections as well as keeping them up to date with the ever-changing laws and property requirements. As a skilled tradesman in his own right, Ryan deals with 90% of property maintenance issues himself, so landlords and tenants can rest assured that issues will be resolved quickly and efficiently with no lengthy waiting periods or extra call out charges.
